It may be necessary to completely remove and strip down the lock, taking out the broken key.
lost or stolen keys
If you have lost or misplaced your keys to your car or van, A1 Auto Key Medic are able to cut and programme a new transponder key for you vehicle. After we have done this the original key will no longer work and won't be recognised by the ignition system, however as the key would be cut to match the lock you would still be able to access the vehicle manually. We can overcome this by carrying out a complete locking system change or adjusting the tumblers to each lock to give you same level of protection you had originally.
